Meet the team
Walmley Bike Care is a family run independent business. We are one of the few motorcycle accident repairers in the West Midlands.
Many of our team have been with us for over 8 Years and each of them play an important role in the successful running of the operation.
With ever changing technology, new materials and legislation it is vital that our staff are continually kept up to date through in house courses and attendance at key industry seminars and forums.
With over 70 years motorcycle experience between us we all own and run our own machines. We have a wealth of knowledge from vintage to modern bikes. We are still as passionate about motorcycles and all types of motorcycle sport as when we started on bikes as teenagers.
We like to think we can make your misfortune as painless and stress-free as possible.
Jeanette joined the company in 1980 after several years working for Barclays Bank and the NHS in salaries and wages. Jeanette is now Admin Director looking after the administrative and financial elements of the business.
Garry joined the Company in 1984 after serving a technical apprenticeship at British Leyland and 5 years in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry. Garry is now Managing Director and has very ‘hands on’ involvement with the workshop.
Colin Bourbage joined the Company in 2001 after serving an apprenticeship at Hangers of Birmingham (Ford Main Dealer) and several years in local Accident Repair Centres. Colin is now Manager and Estimator.
The rest of the Team have had a long history and background in the accident repair industry, and have been with the company for many years. They have all benefited from regular industry training to keep updated on current repair techniques.
